These Terms of Service govern your use of Spairr's AI agent platform and services. By using our services, you agree to these terms.
ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing or using Spairr, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.
NATURE OF SERVICES
Spairr provides an AI-powered execution platform enabling businesses to automate workflows including communication, lead qualification, task tracking, and payment follow-ups.
USER ACCOUNT & ACCESS
Users must provide accurate information and maintain confidentiality of login credentials. You are responsible for all activities under your account.
USER RESPONSIBILITIES
You agree to use the platform lawfully and ensure that all data uploaded and communications sent comply with applicable laws. You are solely responsible for obtaining all required consents from your customers.
WORKFLOW & COMMUNICATION CONTROL
All communications and actions executed by Spairr are based on user-defined rules and workflows. Spairr does not independently initiate communication or determine recipients.
AI DISCLAIMER
Spairr uses AI to assist in execution, including analysis and lead categorization. AI outputs are probabilistic and may not be accurate. Users must review and validate outputs before relying on them.
DATA HANDLING
Spairr processes data on behalf of users. You retain ownership of your data. Use of the platform is subject to the Privacy Policy.
PAYMENTS & BILLING
Fees are charged as per the selected plan. Payments are processed through third-party providers. Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All rights in the platform remain with Spairr. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the service.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Spairr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue, missed communications, delayed payments, or business losses.
Spairr's total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by the user in the preceding 3 months.
INDEMNITY
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Spairr from any claims arising out of your use of the platform, including unlawful communications or misuse of data.
TERMINATION
We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms. Users may stop using the service at any time.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
MODIFICATIONS
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
